In my fitness coaching and flow teaching, I always aim for the practices of strength, flow and balance. I began studying strength training in 2012, yoga in 2013. In my experience I have competed in NPC & natural bikini bodybuilding, focused on fitness for women that reduces overall stress, improve hormones, and allows the mind-body-spirit to thrive and found a beautiful relationship between strength and flow.
